About this Simulation

This simulation models the relationship between position, velocity, and acceleration over time. Learners adjust velocity and acceleration parameters to observe how position changes, then compare predictions with plotted graphs. Real-time visualizations help develop intuition about kinematic relationships and motion behavior.

Learning objectives: Interpret position-time graphs and relate them to velocity and acceleration | Predict how changes in velocity and acceleration affect an object's position trajectory | Connect algebraic kinematic equations to their graphical representations
