Rocket Launch - Project Template

changes made:
- re created (yes, you need to re-do this completely) the EJSS model referencing the original model by Larry Engelhardt
- blue sky is now a rectangle object instead of a image
- converted Events to Fixed relationship with minor tweaks to the codes
- released a version 04 because of a bug i cannot solved, by removing the additional close up panel and no polygons drawn now
