About this Simulation

This interactive cyclotron simulator models the motion of charged particles in combined electric and magnetic fields. Learners can adjust particle properties, field strengths, and frequencies to observe how particles accelerate in spiral paths, exploring the principles of cyclotron operation and resonance conditions that enable particle acceleration to high energies.
