About this Simulation

This simulation models how environmental factors like wind direction and ship speed influence efforts to prevent sea pollution. Students manipulate variables including wind direction, maximum speed, and ship position to navigate vessels effectively and avoid or contain pollutants in ocean environments.

Learning objectives: Understand how physical forces affect pollution control and maritime operations | Apply mathematical concepts of distance, speed, and direction to real-world environmental scenarios | Develop problem-solving skills through interactive modeling of ocean conservation challenges
