Ball Tossed Up Model with Air Resistance

This ball tossed up Tracker video analysis recorded the idea free fall model (Dark blue) compare with air resistance model (Cyan).

This is an excellent teaching resource for student to understand effect of air resistance in a tossed up and falling situation.

The air resistance function is simply a function of the ball's velocity, to make the model simple (this is not a real measure of air resistance of the small spherical ball). The exaggeration of the air resistance is purposely done for student to see the effect of air resistance.

Teachers can modify the air resistance in model A to increase or decrease the air resistance to enhance your teaching.
