About this Simulation

This simulation models a block sliding down an inclined plane, allowing learners to investigate how angle of inclination, friction, and gravitational force affect motion. Students can adjust plane orientation and observe real-time changes in acceleration, velocity, and forces acting on the block.

Learning objectives: Understand how normal force and friction vary with incline angle | Apply Newton's second law to predict block acceleration on an incline | Analyse the relationship between gravitational components and net force
