About this Simulation

This simulation enables learners to visualise and calculate definite integrals by dynamically adjusting integral limits and observing how the shaded area under a curve changes. Students can explore the relationship between limit values and integral results, experiment with different functions, and understand Riemann sums through real-time visual feedback.

Learning objectives: Understand how integral limits define the area under a curve | Visualise the connection between formal integral notation and geometric area | Develop intuition for definite integral calculations through interactive exploration
